Mae Galw Gofal yn wasanaeth monitro galwadau 24 awr ddwyieithog sy’n darparu cymorth a chefnogaeth i bobl hŷn a bregus gan ddefnyddio gwasanaethau Teleofal i gynnal eu hannibyniaeth, a hefyd i’r cyhoedd gyda gwasanaethau delio â galwadau tu allan i oriau swyddfa ar gyfer nifer o Gynghorau, Cymdeithasau Tai a Busnesau Preifat e.e. Atgyweirio Tai, Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol, Priffyrdd, Digartrefedd, Digwyddiadau Argyfwng.

Byddwch yn darparu gwasanaethau sy’n cynnwys monitro galwadau Teleofal, Gweithwyr sy'n Gweithio ar eu Pen eu Hunain a Thu Allan i Oriau Swyddfa ac yn darparu cefnogaeth dros y ffôn i amryw o ymholiadau gwahanol, a all gynnwys sefyllfaoedd sy’n peryglu bywyd megis digwyddiadau meddygol, cwympiadau yn y cartref a thanau mewn tai.

Oherwydd estyniadau i gontractau a thwf busnes, mae Galw Gofal yn chwilio am unigolyn llawn cymhelliant i ymuno â’r tîm o swyddogion ymateb a chefnogi galwadau. Ai chi yw’r person hwn?

Byddwch yn elwa ar becyn buddion sylweddol, gan gynnwys Cynllun Pensiwn Llywodraeth Leol, Tâl Salwch Galwedigaethol a buddion staff sy’n cynnwys cynllun aberthu cyflog i brynu car, Beicio i’r Gwaith, arian yn ôl ar ofal iechyd, gwobrau gwasanaeth hir, gostyngiadau a llawer mwy. Ar ôl cwblhau cyfnod prawf o 6 mis mae cyfle i weithio o gartref.

Bydd angen agwedd bositif arnoch chi yn ogystal â sgiliau cyfathrebu ardderchog ac addysg o safon dda gan gynnwys TG gyda'r gallu i ddefnyddio'ch menter eich hun.

Bydd disgwyl i chi ddangos gonestrwydd a chyfrinachedd ar lefel uchel oherwydd pa mor hanfodol yw’r gwasanaeth i fywydau pobl a natur sensitif y gwasanaeth. Darperir cefnogaeth a hyfforddiant llawn.

Galw Gofal is a bilingual 24 hour call monitoring service which provides help & support for Older & Vulnerable people using Telecare services to maintain their independence, and also to the general public with Out of Hours call handling services to numerous Councils, Housing Association's and Private Businesses e.g. Housing repairs, Social Services, Highways, Homelessness, Emergency events.

You will provide services that include the monitoring of Telecare, Lone Workers & Out of Hours calls and provide support over the phone to numerous types of enquiries, which can include life-critical situations such as medical incidents, falls at home and house fires.

Due to contract extensions and business growth, Galw Gofal is looking for a self-motivated individual to join the team of call response & support officers. Is this person you?

You will be expected to show a high level of integrity and confidentiality due to the sensitive and life critical nature of the service. Full training and support provided.
