Summary
play a vital role in delivering the daily transport plan, ensuring drivers, vehicles, routes, and workloads are coordinated efficiently to meet customer service levels and contractual requirements. You’ll monitor live transport operations throughout the day, resolve issues in real time, maintain accurate updates across transport systems, and act as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams. With a strong focus on compliance, safety, communication, and continuous improvement, you’ll help keep our operation running smoothly and support effective communication and handovers across shifts.
