Summary

We are seeking a Motorcycle Parts Advisor to join a reputable main dealer motorcycle operation in Stratford-upon-Avon. Duties:

- Supply motorcycle parts and accessories to customers and workshop staff

- Process parts orders efficiently while managing customer enquiries

- Liaise regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure stock availability

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dealership’s reputation

- Support the workshop by fulfilling parts requirements in a timely manner

Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry

- Genuine passion and strong knowledge of motorcycles and related parts

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

- Competent IT and stock management system skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team

This position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £27,000, with an OTE of approximately £30,000, dependent on experience and performance. The working hours are full time, offering stability and a clear career pathway within a thriving dealership.
