Evidence of continuing professional development. Training in patient safety investigation methodologies (PSIRF or equivalent). Comprehensive knowledge of PSIRF. Extensive knowledge of clinical governance. Excellent understanding of risk management. Knowledge of CQC regulatory framework. Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership and influencing skills. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
