Summary

Opportunity to join a small letting agency on the Isle of Skye. As part of a small team, you will act as main residential letting agent. This will involve overseeing and managing residential tenancies, attracting new business to the residential letting side. You will also assist colleagues with short term let work and general office duties.

The position will involve travelling around the Isle of Skye, Isle of Raasay and Lochalsh and so a full clean driving licence is required.

You will either have or

successfully complete the required courses and become the accredited member of staff for a letting agency. You will then take new landlords and their properties through the stages to get them ready for residential letting. You will set up new Private Residential Tenancy Agreements and other lease types if required. Ongoing maintenance, property visits, aiding tenants with issues will all be part of the role.

In addition, the you will keep the website updated, manage contact lists for people seeking long term accommodation.

If required, you will also aid the Short Term Letting side of the company with regards to bookings, aiding guests, answering phone calls and emails.

No accommodation is provided to the employee as part of this role.

There will be a trial period at the start of the employment.

This role can be made part-time if needed. There is a degree of flexibility.
