Advance Roofing Supplies is looking for a sales-focused Assistant Branch Manager to join our branch in Aylesbury.
This is a great opportunity for someone with roofing merchant experience who enjoys building relationships with contractors,
driving sales, and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy branch. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and a small,
close-knit team to deliver excellent service and help grow the business.
THE ROLE
As Assistant Branch Manager you’ll play a key part in both sales development and branch operations, helping to ensure the branch
runs smoothly while continuing to grow sales. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading from the front on the sales counter, supporting customers and driving sales
* Building strong relationships with local roofing contractors and trade customers
* Supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch
* Helping the team deliver excellent service, quotes, and order processing
* Supporting stock management, branch standards, and health & safety
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where everyone works together to deliver great service and keep the branch performing
strongly.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is sales-focused, practical, and confident working in a busy trade counter environment. You’ll
need:
* Previous roofing merchant or roofing product sales experience
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, sales-driven approach
* The ability to support and motivate a small team
* Good organisation and attention to detail
7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays
22 days’ holiday + bank holidays
