This is a hands-on driving position involving regular loading, unloading and customer deliveries.Key responsibilities• Complete local and multidrop delivery routes, including more than 10 drops where required• Carry out handball work during deliveries• Secure loads correctly using load straps• Check vehicle loads and delivery documentation• Drive responsibly and follow all relevant road and site safety procedures• Provide a professional service at each delivery location• Report any delivery, vehicle or load issues promptlySkills and qualifications• Current HGV Class 2 driving entitlement• Relevant professional driving experience• Experience of local drops and multidrop routes• Confident carrying out handball deliveries• Competent in the safe use of load straps• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks• Reliable, organized and punctual• Physically able to handle delivery work• Good communication and customer service skillsAbout the companyThe employer is a kitchen supplier operating from the Bristol area.
