Nursing Home Manager
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus Scheme

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager - someone who combines a strong clinical background with the leadership ability and business acumen to run a home they can be truly proud of.

What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential home, with a track record of achieving outstanding quality ratings.
Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Business acumen and marketing skills within the private care sector.

Responsibilities
Ensure the delivery of excellent person-centred care, meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive working environment.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
Oversee the financial and operational performance of the nursing home, working towards sustainable growth and success.
Maintain compliance with CQC standards and strive for outstanding ratings through continuous improvement and innovation.
