Long-term framework opportunity
A leading main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced
Site Agent to work on a major framework in
Dover.
The successful Site Agent will be responsible for managing site operations across a range of
demolition and civil engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations and activities
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Overseeing demolition and civils works
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and health & safety requirements
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the Project Manager/Senior Management
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of quality and site compliance
- Liaising with the client, engineers, subcontractors and wider project team
- Completing relevant site documentation and reporting
About You
- Proven experience working as a
- Strong background in
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Good understanding of health & safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple site activities and subcontractors effectively
- Relevant qualifications such as
Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor
civil engineering and/or demolition
SMSTS and
CSCS are required
