FLT Counterbalance (CB) licence and experience - essential) on behalf of our client based in
Hadnall, Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic
temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone looking for long‑term, stable employment with progression and bonus potential.
Pay & Hours
Starting pay: £12.71 per hour
(negotiable depending on experience)
Pay review: After successful trial period
Production bonus: Available after successful trial period
Start date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a chop saw to cut bricks to required specifications
- Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
- Inspecting bricks for quality before and after cutting
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Supporting general production and yard duties where required
- Complying with all health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
- Good communication skills
FLT Counterbalance (CB) licence and experience - essential
Own transport essential due to location
