What will the Employee Relations Advisor role involve?

• Providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance

• Managing complex ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues, with a focus on fair and consistent outcomes

• Collaborating with managers to develop strategies that promote positive employee engagement and organisational wellbeing

• Supporting and guiding line managers through sensitive investigations and decision-making processes

• Contributing to the development and implementation of ER policies and initiatives, fostering a proactive approach to employee management

Suitable Candidate for the Employee Relations Advisor vacancy:

• Proven experience managing complex employment relations casework, ideally within a sizeable organisation

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels

• Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive and challenging situations

• A proactive thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
