What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
• Analysing financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supplying senior management with actionable insights
• Collaborating with curriculum leaders and budget holders to ensure financial accountability and support continuous improvement
• Implementing financial models to evaluate funding arrangements, staffing structures, capital investments, and new commercial initiatives
• Producing comprehensive reports and dashboards to facilitate transparent communication with trustees, senior leaders, and internal teams, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience in a senior finance role
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial planning processes within a dynamic organisational context
• Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Adaptable, with a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous professional development
