Summary
Are you an experienced and passionate Adult Care professional looking to share your skills with the next generation of Carers?
As our Assessor in Adult Care, you will:
- Help shape our students' future careers by supporting their development of vocational competence and the wider skills that relate to employability
- Manage a case load of adult carers who are working towards their level 2 – 3 qualifications in the workplace
- Conduct workplace observations and assessments, working closely with employers to ensure learners meet the required standards and assessment criteria
- Collaborate with the Lead IQA to build relationships with care providers, generate learner referrals, and identify new enrolment opportunities

What you will bring to the role:
- Qualifications in Adult Care up to Lever 3,4 or 5
- Level 3 Assessor Award (TAQA or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
- Coaching and/or Mentoring Award or Qualification
- Proven experience in the Care sector in a management or supervisory role
