Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Benefits team as a Benefits Officer.

Reporting to the Council Tax and Benefits Team Leader, this role will be demanding yet rewarding and no two days will be the same. We are looking for an individual who is looking for an exciting challenge and will join the team as we head into a new year of dynamic change.

Working within our busy Benefits department, you will be processing and maintaining Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support Claims whilst providing exceptional customer service by offering advice to customers on the telephone and face to face when required.
