The Role
We are seeking a confident, motivated Appointment Maker / Lead Generation Officer to support business growth across Triangle Care Group and UMS Group. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship‑building, enjoys generating new business opportunities, and can represent supported living services with professionalism and credibility.
You will be responsible for generating leads, securing appointments with commissioning teams, and building sustainable relationships with Local Authorities, NHS teams, social workers, and other external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Make high‑quality outbound B2B calls across health & social care and related sectors.
Introduce and explain supported living pathways and service models clearly and persuasively.
Convert interest into booked appointments for senior management.
Build strong relationships with commissioning teams, social workers, and NHS professionals.
Maintain and nurture leads through consistent follow‑up and engagement.
Provide insight on market trends, commissioning priorities, and local authority needs.
Manage a structured lead pipeline and accurately log all interactions.
Track conversion rates and provide weekly activity reports.
Support the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
Represent Triangle Care Group and UMS Group professionally at all times.
Ensure all communication and data handling complies with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
