Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our property construction team. The successful candidate will support tradespeople and site management with a range of general construction duties, helping to keep projects safe, organised, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a good work ethic, and is willing to learn and develop their construction skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople and site managers with day-to-day construction activities.
Load, unload, move and organise building materials and equipment.
Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring sites are clean, tidy and safe.
Assist with demolition, excavation, groundwork and general building tasks.
Use hand tools and basic power tools where appropriately trained.
Assist with deliveries and the movement of materials around site.
Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
Wear and maintain the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Remove waste and debris and keep work areas organised.
Assist with preparing materials and equipment for tradespeople.
Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the Site Manager.
