Salary: £59,069.52 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

G4S Facilities Management are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer (HVAC Bias) for a full-time, permanent position. This is a distinctive opportunity to join our team at Hinkley Point C, located in Bridgwater.
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced individual to work on a mobile basis, across a range of sites to maintain and repair assets, building fabric, services and estate. We are searching for a candidate with experience of building and facilities maintenance, and a high level specialism such as Air Conditioning.
Core Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and close out all PPM, reactive tasks, and refurbishments within agreed client SLAs using the CAFM system.
Monitor daily site operations, log reactive work, and escalate/extend tasks proactively to prevent contract deductions.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair complex commercial heating, mechanical, electrical, ventilation, and security assets.
Lead estate engineers, technicians, and contractors on site, ensuring work aligns with technical drawings and operational manuals.
Maintain overall estate assets, internal/external fixtures, grounds, and physical building fabric.
Safely resolve asset breakdowns and participate in the team’s emergency call-out rota.
Work collaboratively alongside semi-skilled and skilled maintenance staff to foster cross-skilling across the team.
Maintain technical reports, assist with procedural documentation, and ensure safe usage of all tools and equipment.
