THE OPPORTUNITY
Step into a unique retail environment where no two days are the same. You'll work with new designer and high street products at
discount prices, creating extraordinary shopping experiences while directly supporting disabled children and their families.
This role offers experienced supervisors and sales assistants the chance to drive sales, champion customer service, and adapt
quickly as product types change daily. You'll need to think fast and be creative with merchandising to maximise revenue for this
vital cause.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
* Coach and support a team of paid employees and volunteers
* Create compelling merchandising displays that adapt to changing stock
* Work closely with Store and Deputy Store Managers
* Monitor KPIs and maximise retail sales and profit
* Take on key holder responsibilities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must be able to deliver operational excellence and put the customer at the centre of everything. Previous retail experience is
required, along with the ability to work effectively with both management and store teams.
You'll need creative skills and imagination to merchandise products to a high standard, while living and breathing KPIs to drive
performance.
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checking may be necessary for this role.
