New Business Recruitment Partner / Associate (Self-Employed)

Earnings Split: 50% Flat Fee Revenue Split (Uncapped OTE £90,000 – £150,000+)

Requirements (Must-Haves)
• 2–3+ years of agency recruitment experience with a heavy focus on cold BD and new account acquisition.
• Sector Versatility: Ability to win new business across any sector—ideally leveraging industries where you already have deep experience and a track record of success.
• Self-driven mindset: Proven ability to generate leads, close client agreements, and deliver 360 recruitment independently.
• Comfort operating as an independent self-employed partner on a high-reward commission model.
