Summary
We're currently looking for 2 experienced Carpenters to join a busy construction project in Hayes, West London.
The role will mainly involve shuttering and formwork for basic concrete works, along with some steel fixing and general duties on site.
The successful candidates will have previous experience with shuttering carpentry, including measuring, cutting and installing timber formwork, setting up shutters ready for concrete pours and dismantling once works are complete. There will also be some basic steel fixing and reinforcement work, working alongside the wider concrete team.
General site duties will include preparing work areas, moving materials, assisting with concrete operations and maintaining good housekeeping. You'll need to be comfortable working to instructions, have a good eye for detail and be able to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
Previous experience in shuttering, formwork or concrete construction is preferred. A strong work ethic, reliability and a good attitude are essential. A valid CSCS Card is required, with the appropriate CPCS/NPORS or relevant skilled trade certification where applicable to the role
