Home Introduction:
The Cotswold Home is situated in a beautiful area close to the lovely town of Burford. Offering the highest levels of residential and nursing care provided by a team of experienced and committed staff.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to help create a warm, safe and high‑quality environment for our residents. You’ll support the Home Manager in delivering excellent care, maintaining compliance, and leading a valued and motivated team.
What You'll Do
Support the admissions process and liaise with families and professionals.
Help ensure the home meets all care, clinical and regulatory standards.
Promote resident wellbeing and independence.
Oversee accurate reporting, staffing and daily operations.
Lead the team and deputise for the Home Manager when needed.
Build positive links with CQC, local professionals and the community
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Experience managing or leading a care/clinical team in older people’s services.
Strong communication, leadership and IT skills
Level 5 Health & Social Care Management qualification. (desirable)
