Aramark UK is looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant at Kinloss Barracks, Kinloss, IV36 3UH.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. You must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers

- Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery

- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas

- Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services

- Restock goods, Stock Rotation and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise

- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work

- Perform daily paperwork

- Keep diligent records as required

- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.

- General cleaning of front and back of house including Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are always cleaned to a high standard.

Key Requirements:

- Previous customer-facing, food service, or kitchen experience is desirable (training provided)

- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

- Customer-focused and a strong communicator
