Summary
2R5 Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Commercial Manager to support the company’s continued growth and profitability. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing commercial strategies while ensuring that day-to-day business operations remain efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s brand standards.
Main duties include:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies designed to increase sales, profitability, customer engagement, and market presence.
• Monitor business performance, sales trends, operating costs, profit margins, and key performance indicators, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Support the efficient management of daily store operations, including inventory control, purchasing, staffing, product availability, and service standards.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through promotions, partnerships, product development, local marketing activities, and customer-focused sales initiatives.
• Work with the management team to establish sales targets, operational budgets, commercial forecasts, and performance improvement plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, franchise representatives, business partners, and other commercial stakeholders.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in an operational, managerial, or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales, stock, margin and supplier data and prepare clear commercial reports.
