We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché Waterlooville, located in the busy Wellington Way Shopping Centre. Waterlooville is a vibrant Hampshire town known for its welcoming community, strong retail offering, and convenient transport links to Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Our store provides a fast paced, supportive work environment with great opportunities for growth and development. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

We are looking for a well rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet.
