Summary

We’re currently looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join us.

• Candidate sourcing: Source, engage, and represent high-calibre candidates through proactive headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and targeted networking. Maintain deep candidate relationships to build strong, sustainable pipelines in your niche.

• Market Leadership & Insight: Establish yourself as a market expert by staying ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements. Contribute to thought leadership through market reports, networking events, and client consultations.

• Performance, Strategy & Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while contributing to team objectives. Provide strategic input on market growth, business development initiatives, and brand positioning within your sector.
