Are you an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant who is passionate about supporting young children with their development?

Do you have experience working within an Early Years setting and providing engaging activities for children?

Are you flexible, reliable and confident working across a range of nursery environments?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of private day nurseries, Flying Start settings and Cylch Meithrin settings across Bridgend. These welcoming Early Years environments are committed to providing children with safe, engaging and supportive spaces where they can learn and develop.

We are looking for a Nursery Assistant to work on a temporary supply basis from September, supporting settings across Bridgend when additional staffing is required. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children's learning, development and wellbeing while assisting with age-appropriate activities and maintaining a safe and positive environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is desirable

Experience working with children within a nursery or Early Years setting

Knowledge of supporting children's learning and development

A flexible approach to working across different settings

A caring and enthusiastic attitude

Reliability and strong communication skills
