Summary
We are looking for an experienced reactive maintenance plumber to join our team, carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in the Bridlington, Hornsea and Driffield areas.
This is a varied role suited to a skilled plumber who takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and providing a professional service to tenants.
You will be responsible for attending properties to diagnose and complete a range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.
- Diagnosing plumbing faults and identifying appropriate solutions
- Completing repairs to a high standard and within required timescales
- Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance as required
- Liaising professionally with tenants and other members of the team
- Cmpleting job records and updating works using a Company tablet
- Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicle
- Working Safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota
