Summary
SEND Learning Support Assistants Needed – Loughborough.
We are currently working with the fantastic SEND settings/schools across Loughborough who will be looking for experienced and passionate teaching assistants to join them in the new academic year.
Not only are we looking for teaching assistants for long term/temp to perm roles but we are also looking for people for day to day/short term roles as well.
Important Information:
This role
could possibly involve personal care duties. You may never need to provide this but you must be
comfortable and willing to undertake personal care as part of your role if needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with children with SEND
- A kind, patient and understanding approach
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy, compassion and resilience
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- A dedicated consultant available 24/7 for support and onboarding
