Summary
As our organisation continues to expand and grow, we are delighted to offer the following vacancy.
An ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior with the required qualification in Health & Social Care, with at least two years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or children in the UK and at least one years’ experience in a Senior role including leading a shift.
Critical requirements:
• Candidates must be over 21 years of age
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
• Candidates do not require sponsorship
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or children in the UK and one year’s experience in a Senior role in the UK
Job Description:
The Senior Family Support worker role involves either acting as a Shift Co-ordinator or a 2nd Senior on whilst on shift. It is the Senior Family Support Workers responsibility to support Family Support Workers to safely perform their roles and responsibilities on shift.
