CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious commercial estate in Belgravia, London.

Salary & Benefits

- Up to £47,000 basic salary

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 28 days with service

The RoleWorking across a prestigious commercial estate, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of electrical building services, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance

- Fault finding and repairs across electrical systems

- Maintenance of lighting and emergency lighting systems

- Testing and inspection of electrical equipment

- Maintenance of distribution boards, power supplies and electrical plant

- Basic BMS monitoring and operation

- Responding to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests

- Carrying out basic mechanical and building fabric duties where required

- Escorting and supervising specialist subcontractors

- Completing accurate maintenance records and job sheets

- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with relevant regulations

About YouTo be considered for this position, you'll have:

- City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- 18th Edition qualification

- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management

- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience

- Basic mechanical knowledge and a multi-skilled approach

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- The ability to provide copies of relevant trade qualifications
