Summary

We are currently recruiting for the position of MOT Technician in Southam, Warwickshire, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding automotive service provider. This opportunity is ideal for skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians seeking a stable role with progression prospects.

- 42.5-hour weekly contract, working five days with a weekday off when working a Saturday

Duties of the MOT Technician:

- Carrying out MOT tests and comprehensive vehicle inspections

- Performing vehicle servicing and repairs across various makes and models

- Conducting wheel alignments and general workshop tasks as the MOT Technician

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism

- Ensuring tools, equipment, and workshop areas are well maintained

- Upholding the company's image by delivering excellent customer service and communication

- Supporting other workshop functions as required

Requirements of the MOT Technician:

- Valid MOT Tester Licence

- Full UK driving licence

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostics skills

- Positive attitude with a motivation to enhance technical expertise

- Ability to carry out wheel alignments and other workshop duties to a high standard

- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
