Summary

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Cambridge, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Parts Advisor to advance their career within a well-established dealership environment.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting workshop operations through efficient parts management. The successful candidate will have a strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the motor trade.

Duties:

- Delivering excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients

- Managing parts stock levels and reordering as necessary

- Advising customers on parts requirements and available options

- Processing parts sales transactions efficiently and accurately

- Maintaining precise records of parts sales and inventory

- Assisting the workshop by ensuring parts availability and liaising with technicians

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

- Valid UK driving licence
