Summary

Essential tasks taking patient blood samples accurately measuring and recording blood pressure, BMI, ECG systematically completing annual health review observations NHS Adult health checks supportive conversations with patients regarding lifestyle urinalaysis and preparation of specimens for pathology preparing and maintaining clinical rooms supporting patients whilst in the surgery safely and accurately communicating patient tasks using emis and alerting clinical staff if there is a risk participating in audit and quality improvement projects participating in clinical research tasks completing all statutory training and additional necessary training to support vulnerable patients taking responsibility for your CPD and recording as required
