Summary
Job Description The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care as part of our friendly and supportive clinical team. Key responsibilities include: Providing face-to-face, telephone and online consultations for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Participating in the practice duty doctor rota and undertaking home visits when required. Diagnosing, treating and managing patients in accordance with the GMS contract, GMC standards and current NHS guidance. Prescribing safely, requesting and interpreting appropriate investigations, and making timely referrals to secondary care and community services where appropriate. Maintaining accurate clinical records using EMIS Web. Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Participating in clinical governance, safeguarding, audit, practice meetings and continuing professional development. Supporting the delivery and ongoing development of Women's Health services within the practice.
