What You'll Be Doing

Showcasing Dyson Innovation

Demonstrate the features and benefits of Dyson hair care technology.

Provide tailored product recommendations that suit each customer's needs.

Collaborating with the Store Team

Work closely with colleagues to present the full Dyson product range.

Contribute ideas and energy to enhance the overall in‑store experience.

Delivering Premium Customer Service

Offer an exceptional level of customer care that reflects Dyson's high standards.

Build trusted relationships with customers and support the in‑store team throughout the day.

Driving Store Performance

Support business plans and contribute to achieving store targets.

Confidently share product knowledge to increase engagement and sales.

What You'll Bring

Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.

Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to confidently discuss Dyson innovations.

A proactive, ambitious attitude and willingness to develop new skills.

Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.

Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
