Summary
Become a Kitchen Porter at the Larder Caf at The Highland Soap Company's visitor centre in Fort William. Opening hours for the caf are mostly 9am-5pm, 7 days. This position is 2 days per week as kitchen porter, plus holiday cover.
The Larder Cafe is a busy cafe based in Fort William, we have an excellent kitchen team with strong front-of-house. We are a friendly, locally-owned business serving a good menu to happy customers.
An opportunity has arisen to join the team.
This is an entry level position as Kitchen Porter (2 days per week).

Our kitchen team is made up of a Head chef and 6 further chefs plus 1 other KP.
Key responsibilities:
- Staying on top of the dishes and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy service.
- Helping with weekly deep cleaning tasks.
- Supporting with the end-of-day kitchen close down.
