We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join the team from October 2026 until March 2027 to cover a planned absence.

Your new role

Deliver engaging and creative lessons that support pupils' academic and personal development

Adapt and tailor existing planning to suit your teaching style and the needs of your class

Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

Benefit from allocated PPA time and support from the wider teaching team

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Ability to adapt planning and deliver engaging lessons

A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to teaching

Strong communication and organisational skills

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
