Summary

Contract: Interim / Fixed-Term Contract with potential for permanent appointment

A leading UK logistics organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join its recruitment function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.This is a confidential appointment and an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act as their trusted deputy, leading recruitment initiatives across operational functions and supporting the ongoing development of a talented recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple operational business areas

Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

Manage, coach and support a small team while remaining actively involved in recruitment delivery

Utilise recruitment data, market insight and performance metrics to drive decision-making

Deliver recruitment projects at pace while managing multiple competing priorities

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes

Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy across a national operation

About YouWe're interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:

Previous experience within high-volume recruitment environments

A background in agency recruitment, contingent workforce recruitment, RPO or internal Talent Acquisition

Experience leading, mentoring or managing recruitment teams

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

A data-driven and analytical approach to recruitment

Commercial awareness and the ability to make decisions quickly within a changing environment

Experience recruiting within logistics, warehousing, transport, operational or supply chain sectors would be highly advantageous
