Summary

Your new companyYou will be working for a reputable building and maintenance contractor with ongoing projects across Swansea and the surrounding areas. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an experienced Handyperson to join their team on a busy site.Your new roleAs a Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general maintenance and snagging duties on site. Tasks may include basic carpentry, patch repairs, fitting ironmongery, installing fixtures and fittings, doing good work, and assisting site management with day-to-day maintenance requirements. You will be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality construction and site safety.What you'll need to succeed

Blue CSCS Card

Previous experience working as a Handyperson or Multi-Trade Operative

Own tools and PPE

Good knowledge of general construction and finishing works

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
