Its Warwickshire operation supports activities such as receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch, helping customers manage goods and fulfilment requirements.Key responsibilities for warehouse operative:-• Receive, check and store goods safely and accurately• Pick and pack orders ready for dispatch• Load and unload deliveries in line with site procedures• Complete basic warehouse records and paperwork• Maintain accurate stock information• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe• Follow instructions, health and safety procedures and operational standards• Work effectively as part of a warehouse teamSkills and qualifications for warehouse operative:-• Previous warehouse experience or relevant warehouse skills• Good attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to follow instructions and complete basic paperwork• Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team• Physically able to carry out manual warehouse duties• A positive and flexible approach to changing priorities• No specific formal qualification is required for this role, although relevant training or experience would be beneficialBenefits for warehouse operative:-• Paid every Wednesday• Potential opportunity for permanent employmentThis is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys active work and wants to build further experience in a logistics environment.Apply today.
