Repairs Coordinator (Entry Level)

Location: Rayleigh, Essex (SS6)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Repairs Coordinator to join their growing team in Rayleigh. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the property maintenance and repairs sector, with genuine opportunities to develop and progress.

What you'll be doing:

  • Scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments.
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and engineers by phone and email.
  • Updating internal systems with accurate job information.
  • Monitoring the progress of repair works and ensuring jobs are completed on time.
  • Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration.

What we're looking for:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • A team player with a proactive approach.
