As a

Retail Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of key operational workstreams across retail, ensuring processes, systems, field support, maintenance and asset management are delivered efficiently and consistently. Working closely with internal teams, channel partners, suppliers and agencies, you’ll use data, strong stakeholder management and a solutions-focused approach to improve retail performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

Own day-to-day operational delivery across Samsung’s UK & Ireland retail estate, supporting product launches and in-life initiatives.

Manage operational KPIs, SLAs and compliance, using data and insights to identify risks, trends and opportunities.

Oversee retail maintenance, asset management, device lifecycle processes and operational support.

Manage supplier and agency relationships, ensuring performance, service levels and contractual obligations are met.

Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and drive effective solutions through to resolution.

Work closely with Field Teams, Channel Partners, Retail Activations and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operational delivery.

Lead operational projects, pilots and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and retail execution.

Provide clear reporting, recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility of performance and key risks.

Champion operational excellence, challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve the retail experience.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

Proven experience in retail operations, logistics, warehousing, supply chain or a similar operational environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with suppliers, agencies, channel partners and internal teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Highly organised, with experience managing multiple priorities, KPIs, assets and operational projects.

Experience managing supplier performance, SLAs and service delivery.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Passionate about retail, technology and customer experience.

Willing to embrace and live Samsung’s

Full UK driving licence.

Flexible to travel across the UK & Ireland when required.

Able to commit to

2–3 office or offsite days per week.
