Summary

Kerb Layer - HS2

Project: HS2 - Sub Lot 2a

Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Contract

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

£17.90 - £18.90 per hour (

Rate variations are dependent upon shift pattern, assignment requirements, engagement type and, where applicable, relevant experience and qualifications.)

Ongoing contract with Tier 1 workforce supplier to HS2

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Kerb Layer on construction, highways or civil engineering projects.

Valid

CSCS Card.

Good understanding of kerbing, levels and highway construction.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of a team.

Strong understanding of site health and safety.

Reliable and hardworking.

Previous HS2 or major infrastructure experience is advantageous.

Our client is looking for a Kerb Layer for on-going contract assignments in Kenilworth.

Key Responsibilities

Install and lay kerbs to line and level.

Set out kerb lines and ensure accurate positioning.

Prepare foundations and bedding for kerbs.

Cut and shape kerbs where required.

Assist with associated drainage, paving and highway works.

Read and follow drawings and specifications.

Use hand and power tools safely.

Work closely with Groundworkers, Plant Operatives and Site Supervisors.

Follow RAMS and all site health and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe working area.
