Summary

Plant Operator - Roller Driver

MSS Infrastructure are recruiting

5 experienced Roller Drivers for a long-term infrastructure project working across sites between

Kingsbury and Leamington Spa.

Location: Route Wide (Kingsbury to Leamington Spa) -

Must be local to the area (Water Orton B46 and surrounding areas)

Pay: £19.44 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: 39 hours per week

Duration: Ongoing until January 2027

Responsibilities:

Operating ride-on rollers safely and efficiently.

Compacting materials to specification.

Carrying out daily plant checks.

Working closely with site teams to complete work safely and on schedule.

Adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Blue CPCS Roller ticket or NPORS with CSCS logo.

Previous Roller Driver experience on construction or civil engineering projects.

Must be local - no lodge or digs available.

Safety Critical Medical preferred.

BIO Site Card preferred.

Reliable transport due to working across multiple sites.

What We Offer:

£19.44 per hour PAYE.

39 hours per week.

Long-term work until January 2027.
