Packer & Grader Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in
Ilminster.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking
Warehouse Operatives,
Packing Operatives,
Food Production Operatives,
Quality Operatives, or
Packer & Grader Operatives looking for flexible
night shift work within a fast-paced food production environment.
What We Offer
- £14.96 per hour.

6:30pm-4am.
Key Duties
- Inspect and grade potatoes, removing products that do not meet quality standards.
- Follow photographic grading guides to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Identify and report any foreign bodies found on the grading line.
- Carefully pack potatoes to ensure products reach customers in excellent condition.
- Monitor product quality throughout the packing process.
- Report damaged packaging, open seals, or quality concerns to the Machine Operator.
- Ensure the correct number of bags are packed into trays or MUs and stacked correctly on pallets.
- Accurately label products to prevent customer issues and product returns.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food quality procedures.
