Production Operatives to join a leading food manufacturer based in
Knowsley, L34.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced
Production Operatives,
Food Production Operatives,
Manufacturing Operatives,
Packing Operatives, or
Machine Operatives looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long-term career prospects.
The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are keen to develop within a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Duties
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack finished products to company quality standards.
- Weigh raw materials accurately.
- Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
- Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
- Recycle waste materials, including packaging.
- Handle materials weighing up to 25kg.
- Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
- Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively as part of the production team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a food production environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good manual handling ability.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
- Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
Working Hours
Two positions available:
Monday to Friday: 1pm-9pm.
Monday to Friday: 3pm-11pm.
Flexibility to cover alternative shifts when required is essential.
