Summary
M&E Static Engineer – Fulbourn, Cambridge
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
M&E Static Engineer to join a busy facilities management team, working across a site comprising
four buildings in Fulbourn, Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site’s
general M&E plant, carrying out both
reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site.
• Manage and maintain general M&E plant and building services.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors working on site.
• Oversee and support
two Fabric Technicians.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other site stakeholders.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, compliant and efficiently operated site.
Package & Hours
•
Salary: £45,000 per annum
•
Overtime: Available
•
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
•
Holiday: 25 days annual leave
•
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
M&E Engineer / Static Engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with responsibility for a multi-building site and the opportunity to take ownership of the engineering and maintenance function.
