Summary
Are you an organised and people-focused HR professional looking to develop your employee relations experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment? We are seeking an HR Officer to join our Human Resources team, providing a professional and responsive service to managers and colleagues across the College. This is a varied role where you will support employee relations activity, provide first-line HR advice and guidance, coordinate casework, and help ensure our HR processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly. About the Role Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will also contribute to workforce reporting, people data analysis and HR improvement initiatives, helping to inform decision-making and support positive employee experiences across the College. You will have experience working in an HR environment, including providing advice to managers and supporting employee relations processes. You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities, with strong IT skills and a sound understanding of HR best practice. A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is essential, together with a willingness to continue your professional development.
