We're recruiting temporary staff to join the
Customer Services team within the Complaints Department for our Bedford‑based client, with
immediate start dates
This role is well suited to individuals who are
patient, people‑focused and empathetic, and who can confidently handle sensitive customer situations while delivering a professional service.
What's on offer:
Pay: £14.65 per hour
Duration: 6 weeks, but could be extended
Training: 3 days (fully paid)
Working Hours:9am-5pm
Overtime available, once trained, paid at
time and a half
