Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an

Engineering Assessor - Electrical Engineering on behalf of a Further Education college in the

West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assessor with a strong Electrical Engineering background to support apprentices and learners throughout their training and development.

The Role

Assess and support apprentices within Electrical Engineering programmes.

Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Carry out workplace assessments and maintain accurate learner records.

Work closely with employers and curriculum teams to ensure high-quality learner outcomes.

About You

Relevant qualifications in

Electrical Engineering.

Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA or equivalent).

Experience assessing apprentices or learners within an FE or work-based learning environment.

Strong industry experience within Electrical Engineering.

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
